Where can I buy Atelier Belle products?

Currently, our designs are only available exclusively through www.atelierbelle.com.au. If this changes, you can be updated by joining our newsletter mailing list using the subscription box at the bottom of the page.

What payment methods do you take?

At this time, we accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express debit and credit cards, payment through PayPal and Zip Pay to buy now and pay later.

How can I stock Atelier Belle in my shop?

Please use our contact us page and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Ordering

Is the payment procedure secure?

Yes. Our site uses industry leader WooCommerce to ensure that your details are kept safe and secure at all times. We have an SSL certificate to ensure our site is secure and we use recognised external payment merchants Stripe, PayPal and Zip Pay to make sure your transactions are as secure as possible. 

I want to send my order as a gift. Do you do gift wrapping?

All our pieces come beautifully presented in a classic signature gift box so it will be a joy to open – whether it’s for you or a gift.

I'm having shopping cart problems. What do I do?

As clichéd as it sounds, try exiting out of your browser and then restarting it. If your problems persist, contact us and we’ll try and sort it out for you.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Our deliveries around Australia are free and sent via Australia Post tracked delivery. You will be sent a tracking number to follow it’s progress. Please allow 2-5 days depending on where in Australia you are.

Shipping overseas is also sent via tracked delivery by Australia Post and costs are as follows:

US/Canada – AU$16.50
UK – AU$21
New Zealand – AU$12

For other regions, please contact us first for a shipping quote.

We can not be held responsible for delays in transit or stolen packages.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. We use Australia Post tracked delivery for international deliveries and postage is priced per country as above. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping price.

I've changed my mind, can I send the products back?

Unfortunately, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. Please shop carefully. All sales are final. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The product I received is damaged or the wrong product

We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly. If this is the case please send us an email through our contact page, and we will send instructions on how to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The item must be returned within 14 days (21 days) for international deliveries and payment will be refunded by the method that you originally paid.

We take your privacy very seriously and understand how important it is. We do not sell our client lists to anyone but in order to complete your order, we collect certain private information and may share it with the likes of Australia Post to enable delivery or if required to do so legally.
